Our Herd Health

It is extremely important to our farm to have routine testing done on our herd.  We generally do the testing every 24 months, and test for CAE, CL, Johne's and Brucellosis.  Since 2012, when we began raising goats, we have always tested negative for all diseases.  Most recent testing was done in January of 2019, and we are happy to report that everyone was negative once again!  And this time, we added in testing for Brucella as well (also negative). We also just completed routine fecal testing on the entire herd through our vet, and they all came back with fantastic scores and zero counts across the board!  A true testimony to the power of good biosecurity practices, organic herbs, raw garlic, ACV, and Molly's Herbal wormers!
