We are excited to post our 2023 Kidding Schedule! Kids will be due beginning May 1st. If you are interested in getting on a waiting list for kids, please fill out our contact form on our website. Possibility of polled in all kids, and a note that we no longer disbud so all non-polled kids will be sold as horned ONLY. Interested families may get in touch with us via the contact page about how to get on the waitlist. Pricing will be $500 and up for ADGA and/or AGS registerable Nigerian Dwarf does and bucks. Wethers (castrated pet males) are $150. We may have unregistered or pet quality does for sale as well from time to time. The decision to sell bucks intact, or as wethers will be made by 8 weeks of age. We will only sell kids in sets of two or more as it is very stressful otherwise - bucks are the only exception. A 15% discount for 3 or more registered doelings/bucklings will be offered, or with two registered does/bucklings a free wether can go as a third companion (if desired) as we love to place trios. Goats are always happier in groups, especially young kids going to a new home or into an existing herd order of adults and we are all about happiness! ;-) Please see our Sales Policy page for more information about prices, reservations and deposits. All bucklings that we sell as pets will be castrated - done by banding before leaving our farm. Our goat kids are dam raised only (not bottle fed, unless deemed a medical need such as in large multiples), wormed via Molly's Herbals/Fir Meadows wormers beginning at 3 weeks of age (and on an every three week schedule until age six months), and hooves trimmed. Registerable does and bucks will leave with their ADGA registration papers filled out, along with numbers assigned for tattooing if you would like to register and/or show your goats. We are happy to coach new owners about how to register their new goats - it's super easy! Kids generally leave the farm between 9-10 weeks of age, and they are given lots and lots of love and attention on a daily basis by family, friends and visiting children. We spend a lot of time with new goat owners teaching them about the care of their cute new additions, including pointers on barn building, fencing, trimming goat hooves, natural goat care, worming, etc. Raising goats is very easy and so much fun for families! We love answering questions and helping new owners feel confident about their new goat friends!
